Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We will ship your order within three (3) business days from the time you placed your order if in stock using USPS Priority Mail within the US and via DHL internationally. Delivery time within the United States in most cases is 3 days from shipping. Please allow 7-12 business days for international orders to arrive. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your Store account. If an item is not in stock and on back order, we will contact you when your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping and handling charges are as follows:

For all sales shipped within California, Sales Tax of 9.5% will be automatically added to your order.

Other shipping methods are available for an additional charge. Please contact us for pricing.

Backorders

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be “backordered.” You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time you add it to your shopping bag. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until the item is shipped.

Cancellations

If an item is canceled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item, duty, customs tariffs, taxes or shipping fees related to the item.

Item Availability

We make every effort to ensure that the items displayed on our website are available. However, we cannot always guarantee item availability. In cases where items become unavailable, we will automatically post an “out of stock” note at the item page.

Returns / Exchange Policy

We highly suggest that you consult our size guide prior to completing your order to ensure a perfect size and fit.

Refunds are accepted and credited for damaged, defective, or otherwise incorrectly shipped items only. Exchanges are accepted if you find that an item you ordered is either too large or too small. To initiate this process, please send an email to orders@OneEssenceApparel.com. For an immediate response you can also cc: info@dilee.tv or call us at +1 (310) 994-4048 within 7 days of receiving the item, requesting a return authorization; return authorizations are only valid for 7 days after they have been issued. Please indicate your order number, and the merchandise that you want to return.

We will send you either a refund or a replacement that is of equal or lesser value upon receipt of the unworn and unwashed returned item. Refunds are granted within 7 days of purchase or in the form of store credit only within 30 days of receipt. A store credit is usually issued right away and can be used on your next order immediately.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges so this will be deducted to the amount refunded.

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders. The original item must be returned, and a new order placed for merchandise in a new size or color. Please note that stores in Canada and the UK that sell clothing often cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Price Adjustment Policy

In the event of a sale or promotion, customers may request a price adjustment between the price paid and the current price of the item in the form of a store credit. This policy applies only if the original purchase was made within 7 days of the new promotion. This applies to orders through OneEssenceApparel.com only.
